Cooking

Hello all, let me start by introducing myself. My name is Cody and I often cook for my friends and family as a hobby and pastime. I wanted to start sharing my creations I have created up with other people so many people can enjoy them, modify them, and test them as I have. I will be posting a new creation idea, new ways to season what I make, and recipes/videos from my creations with you all. Feel free to leave comments, your own ideas, or thoughts after trying out! My main cooking is on the grill, or cooking on the stove top. I don't do a whole lot of baking, how ever I hit it from time to time. I try to use as many fresh ingredients as possible.

So to start off, I don't have a recipe to post today. However, in anything you make the fresher the ingredients the better your food is going to taste as long as its prepared right. It may take longer to make your dinner, but the taste you get is a night and day dinner. With a few fresh ingredients such as an onion, some tomatoes, and fresh garlic even a box dinner can taste like something awesome and make people think its not out of a box!

  2. Hey bro, I gotta question about making pizza crust crisp. I use tortillas as the crust. First I brush them with olive oil and toast them in the oven. Then I add the toppings and finish cooking it. When I use a small tortilla, everything is crispy and fine; but when I use a larger tortilla, the pizza ends up floppy in the middle even though it was crisp after I toasted it. What's the dilly and how do I fix it?
